There are two mantras that guide me:

Both of these sayings can trigger fear and panic in most people, but for me, creating calm out of chaos is my Superpower. During my 40-year career in business, I've crafted and honed my super-power: Organizational Optimization.
My super-power brings my passion and skills for corporate consulting, organizational change, corporate training, and project management together with extensive education.
During my MBA program in Project Management, I wrote a paper on organizational change. I dug into the psychology of what triggers people when they hear about department restructuring, and what typical reactions employees have. I dealt with triggers with humor through sarcasm when I wasn't in the driver's seat.
But, change can be fun, and educational! I interact deep into departments with boots-on-the-ground suggestions, as well as the direction of leadership.
